How
old must a child be to be unaccompanied by an adult? We recommend
ages 12 and under to be supervised by an adult.
I'm
pregnant/elderly/handicapped. Do I still have to pay? Yes,
everyone still needs to pay an admission fee to enter the park.
Are
there any items we may not bring into The Ranch? We don't
allow any outside food, beverages, glass, stereos, and pets.
Can
you page someone for me? We only page for medical emergencies.
You can get a 10-min pass to go look for the person.
Can
I get a refund for inclement weather? We maintain a NO REFUND/NORAIN
CHECK policy. If inclement weather is in the forecast, we warn
each guest of this policy. We will temporarily close in times
of inclement weather. This is for the safety of our guests and
staff. We will re-open the attractions if the inclement weather
passes. Scheduled events will be re-scheduled when the weather
permits.
